The BOSS Federation, in collaboration with BPIF, are holding a one day customer service workshop at the BPIF Coventry Office on the 3 September 2014 run by Dominic Wing, Principal Consultant. The workshop aims to help delegates understand the principle that good customer service is about knowing and understanding your customer, whereas excellent customer service is about adapting to your customer's needs.
